The forest speaks
My heart listens
Spirit restored

pounding fresh
forest green
nestled love
springtime dream
seams of living
gracing life
open moments
swirling light
lifting height
loving flow
mother nature
all things grow
glow within
warm the fire
raising up
up up higher

..peace..

really lovely neil. i wrote a very simple one this time (inspired by the calm space contact with the forest gives me), and you expanded on it in your own way.

just today my little hound and I took a few walks through 'our' forest (the pictures I posted). we are in a temperate rain forest here, so everything is incredibly lush and magical. though you've got to be careful in certain seasons: there are bears and even cougars around. also coyotes, deer, owls, squirrels, and wild mushrooms. it is enchanting in there.

and yes, I'll be starting the poetry group soon. working on it. :)

Glad you like it. I was feeling stumped as to what to call it, so I just let it go for awhile, and then it just came to me...the way my poems often do.

to mrs life, for the beautiful flower that she is...

above and beyond
up and away
over the clouds
where song birds play
far far beyond
on the tip of a whisper
a lift of a moment
flow of a river
a sweep of the wind
brush of the height
touch of the mountains
rush of the light
beaming within
drawn through all
a shine of the sun
harmonys pull

..peace..

thought I would write you a poem as you sounded really sad, hope it helps
dont know if you have watched the weeping camel film yet,it is really really good..

love and respects..neil

neil, thank you. what a treat to wake up this morning and see this. i have been sad this week. sometimes it's just all too much. if it weren't for beauty, nature, and creative pursuits (and rare sensitive souls like you), i would lose it!
