really lovely neil. i wrote a very simple one this time (inspired by the calm space contact with the forest gives me), and you expanded on it in your own way.
you know your so lucky having a forest right outside,I went to the woods the other day whilst waitng for my son to finish his training, just for about 10 minutes, did me the world of good....thought any more about the poem group?I think it would be brill,,hope your ok love and respects... neil
just today my little hound and I took a few walks through 'our' forest (the pictures I posted). we are in a temperate rain forest here, so everything is incredibly lush and magical. though you've got to be careful in certain seasons: there are bears and even cougars around. also coyotes, deer, owls, squirrels, and wild mushrooms. it is enchanting in there.and yes, I'll be starting the poetry group soon. working on it. :)
good name for the poetry group mrs life...neil
Glad you like it. I was feeling stumped as to what to call it, so I just let it go for awhile, and then it just came to me...the way my poems often do.

neil, thank you. what a treat to wake up this morning and see this. i have been sad this week. sometimes it's just all too much. if it weren't for beauty, nature, and creative pursuits (and rare sensitive souls like you), i would lose it!
