I am so stoked to have been invited to appear as a guest artist at Mas Sajady's (with Daniel Gutierrez) "Total Integration" weekend event in Laguna Beach, CA.

Here is a video that was taken of me during Mas' retreat in Sedona last May. Inspired by the peace, beauty and healing energies, my body moved in fluid joy, as I played with the elements around me, including the amazing silky red dirt that Sedona is famous for.

I look forward to bringing my movement magic to the mix in Laguna Beach!!

and perfection of nature

An intricate pattern of co-exisiting magnificence all around me

Sparkle

Sparkling sparkling water

Sunlight dancing in liquid form

Shimmering quivering light

Reflecting joy and the ecstasy of being

Glittering, gleaming, glistening 

Brilliant flashes of twinkling iridescence

Mischievous sparks of illumination

Heaven is winking

Beauty Around Me

I'm amazed to see
what is all around me
double rainbows clouds sky
birds play as they fly
blues pinks purples green
nature's brush paints the screen
across my vision each day
vibrant life leads the way
be at peace rest in love
now below as above

Sanctuary

When the world wearies

I go into the forest

Silent and still

And let the trees speak to me

In their ancient knowing

Then the world falls away

And I am home

Little Friend

I gently touched 

the velvety soft petals

of a tiny purple flower

and she smiled

back at me

and

whispered a secret

that made my heart glad:

We love you as you love us.

Daisy Dance

Electric Daisys

in moonlit dusk

Precocious

Defiant 

standing up brightly

against the falling dark

Cheerful spots of white

dotting the fields

with hopeful yellow smiles

Leaning this way 

and that

Whispering to their 

neighbors

words of encouragement:

Night cannot last 

and the day 

will come again soon!
