Shifting

Waves of destruction
Earth shaking change
Massive upheaval
Nuclear rain?
Finding the center,
safe space to exist
Pondering how to
make sense of all this?
The heart calls one inward
Reaching for calm
Breathing in stillness
Spirit soothed, healing balm

much change whirling about and i appreciate the reminder to reach for calm rather than fear.

What a beautiful and profoundly true poem. I find myself intentionally slowing down and breathing in deep and listening to the heart's invitation to go within. Your poem expresses it so wonderfully. Thank you.

whispering essence's
spring time grace
dancing in union
universe plays
waves of sincerity
heart woken cheer
peer from the mountains
pastures seem clear
swirling through meadows
chasing through time
sanctity tuning
heart to the sky
mind in observance
free of all doubt
sounding in unity
in round and out

..peace..
