On this day 10 years ago...
March 29th, 2002
(Good Friday)
@ 12 Noon

Our beloved Nanny
(and mother/wife/friend/confidante)
made her transition from this realm into Heaven.

Her legacy of love lives on
in those who were blessed to know her,
and be the recipient of her unconditional affection.

Our hearts miss her smile, her hugs,
and her ever present "I love you"s.
But let those same hearts feel her presence as a living energy
which exists in us always.

We Love You Always Nanny!!!

And please visit my birthday tribute to Nanny:

Erin- thank you for writing this tribute, it's very beautiful. It still seems like it was just yesterday that I could hear her beautiful, soothing voice and see her smile that always, unfailingly lit up my spirit, but I guess that's because I've never felt like she's left us, she's always right here with us, forever. luv, amy

I can hear her voice too Amy, it will never be lost to me. And you're right, she IS always with us, around us, in us, and loving us. We were so very blessed to have her as our grandmother.

I love you.... ta soeur

Thank you Erin for this beautiful tribute to "Nanny" and the opportunity to remember what a special woman she was and still is to us. Not a day goes by that I don't think of Mom and feel her presence with me. Even after 10 years I still find myself reaching for the phone to ask for her advice or to share some news or just to hear her voice. Mom' loving, grace-filled legacy lives on in her amazing grandchildren who were the light of her life and I know she is incredibly proud of each of you. love, Susan

Yes, you were lucky to have such a wonderful mother, just as we are lucky to have you mom!

Now instead of using the phone, we can simply dial in to our heart center to reach her... :D

Thank you for the tribute, Erin! Though Nanny & I didn't see each other that often, I consider her one of my significant & close spiritual friends. She was one of the rare people who "got" what life was all about! Peace, Harry

Yes, she was a rare and beautiful spirit who was tapped in to the true meaning of life... you are right.
